ProductNEXT Summit Privacy Policy

ProductNEXT Summit understands that your privacy is important to you and we are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your information. This Privacy Policy applies to all ProductNEXT Summit websites that link to the Policy. It covers the collection and use of information from any device used to access or connect to ProductNEXT Summit branded websites and any third party systems used to provide services.

Personal Information

We collect personal information when you make your information known, such as by registering, authenticating, making purchases, or interacting with ProductNEXT Summit. If you do not make yourself known to ProductNEXT Summit, your use of our content and services is generally anonymous.

ProductNEXT Summit does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

From time to time, ProductNEXT Summit may partner with other companies to jointly promote products or services. If you specifically express interest in a jointly-promoted product or service, ProductNEXT Summit may share data collected in connection with your expression of interest with our joint promotion partner(s). ProductNEXT Summit limits the business partners’ use of the information we collect, and their use of the information will be in accordance with their own privacy policies. If you do not wish for your information to be shared in this manner, you may opt not to purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly offered product or service.

ProductNEXT Summit does not share data about attendees with business partners unless: (1) you specifically opt in to such sharing via an event registration form; or (2) you attend a Company event and allow ProductNEXT Summit or any of its designees to scan your attendee badge. If you do not wish for your information to be shared in this manner, you may choose not to opt in via event registration forms and elect not to have your badge scanned at ProductNEXT Summit events. If you choose to share your information with business partners in the manners described above, your information will be subject to the business partners’ respective privacy statements.

Marketing Communications and Alerts

By opting in to receive ProductNEXT Summit communications or alerts, you agree to receive on occasion other correspondence from ProductNEXT Summit related to the subscribed topics and other news and information that you consented to receive during registration, sign up, verbal communication or other online action.

Our systems do not currently respond to “do not track” signals from browser software. Nonetheless, we may change our policy in the future to make use of “do not track” signals if standards and applications become available to make effective use of them.

Information Collected by Third Parties

Third parties, such as vendors, advertising entities, and business partners, may use cookies and other technologies (such as Web beacons) to collect information about your online activities. The purposes for collecting this information includes: to measure usage of our websites; to analyze, modify, and personalize advertising content on our websites; and to provide ads about goods and services we hope will be of interest to you. We do not have access to or control over cookies or other features these third parties may use, and the information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Privacy Policy. Some of these third parties may be third party network advertisers that offer you the option of not having this information collected.

User Forums

You should be aware that whenever you publicly disclose information online, that information could be collected and used by others. ProductNEXT Summit is not responsible for any action or policies of any third parties who collect information that users publicly disclose in any such forums on the websites.
